In May 2019 we started with 100 laying chickens, three guard geese, and a bunch of dahlias. We’ve since added an ever growing number of beehives, more laying chickens, meat and laying ducks, meat goats and pigs and chickens, and a donkey (not for eating). In addition to their eggs and meat, all of our animals aid in preparing, maintaining, and enriching the soil. In the fall of 2020 we began bringing our home-baked pastries and breads to market and plan to expand into a commercial bakery. In 2021 we planted the beginning of an orchard and a variety of native trees around the property. We look forward to continuing to provide good, locally produced food, from both our farm and our kitchen.
